October in eastern Washington is so beautiful. The fall colors are perfect for family photos! Check out these little characters. They had fun running around being silly. :)

This was such a fun party! The couple was so friendly and happy. Too bad they already moved away. Congrats!

I photographed part of this family in July, then they asked if I could do them again, this time with an aunt, cousin, grandma and grandpa, and even great-grandma! I love to see such wonderful extended family relationships. They were so much fun to work with. It was the perfect fall day.

I just realized that I have only done senior photos for girls! I was excited to do this high school senior's photos-- he was the best man in a wedding I photographed earlier this year. He's a pretty serious guy, but he cracked a smile every now and then.

I didn't know quite what to expect when I was asked to photograph a wedding between to truckers. But I was pleasantly surprised.

All in all, you'll never see two other people that define the words "love birds" more than this couple.

(Side note: The bride made all the food, including the wedding cake. I've tasted a lot of wedding cakes in my time, but this one was far and away the best I've ever had.)

I love this couple's story. They met and had their first date in July, then the got engaged in July (last month). They are getting married next July! Her ring is red and blue and their colors are patriotic, too!

A pleasant surprise awaited me in my garden yesterday-- a beautiful little heart-shaped tomato. I confess, I got a little carried away and snapped many, many photos.
