I've already got some shoots up, and eventually all of the photos from here will be over there. It's just easier for me to combine everything (I had a writing blog, genealogy blog, photography blog, etc). So now I feel less scatterbrained. But only just a little bit.

I was in Seattle a few weeks ago, and my friend asked me to take photos of her sweet little daughter. This beautiful little lady was turning 8, and so I took some portraits of her in her special baptism dress. She is a doll! She loved posing for the camera.

Children are unpredictable-- that is why I always let clients know that I will come back and do another session free of charge if there are children involved.

It is so worth the extra time to get shots of these precious little ones. They are only small once, so capturing them is important! Here is part two of my Busy Boys adventure. :)

Jen and I have been best friends since high school.... that's 16 years people! She recently flew me down to Vegas so I could take their family photos and be a part of her dad's 80th birthday party. We had so much fun! Another highlight was meeting her wonderful boyfriend in person. He's a lucky guy!
